GALIT is celebrating its 24th anniversary!

To mark the GALIT company’s anniversary, CEO Volodymyr Zolotyy responded to several questions regarding its founding and current state.

• How many people were on the team when you founded GALIT?

We started our company with just three people. I am very grateful to those individuals who motivated and supported me at the beginning of our journey. Within the first year, our team had grown to 20 employees.

• What was the first goal you set for the team?

Our initial goal was to establish a production and start producing dental units. In our first year of operation, we set a goal to produce five units per month, but we quickly exceeded this plan many times.

• What goal did the company achieve that seemed unattainable at its founding?

Currently, we occupy 5,000 square meters of production space. We have the most modern equipment, which I couldn’t even consider when we were founded.

• Please share the most unexpected reaction or feedback from a customer about your product that you have ever heard.

The most unexpected reaction came from our customer from Chernivtsi, Ukraine, Dr. Dmytro Neskoromnyy, who disappeared from communication for six years after purchasing a dental unit. We met at an exhibition, and I asked him, “Mr. Neskoromnyy, where have you been? How is our dental unit?” He replied, “The unit is bad, terrible because it doesn’t want to work independently; I have to make it work.”

• What are you most proud of when considering the 24-year history of your company?

I am most proud of our people and team, especially the employees who have been with us for over 20 years.

We also want to thank our clients and partners for their longstanding support. You motivate us to grow, conquer new heights, and create new projects, each time gaining new experiences.

We have customers across all continents. GALIT has equipped training centres in Las Vegas, Bratislava, and Malaysia, where young dentists from around the globe receive education and training. Our dental equipment has reached even the most remote locations, including the Vernadsky Research Station in Antarctica.

Over the course of 24 years, our team has outfitted thousands of small clinics and large practices, one of which, according to MELAG, is ranked among the top five best clinics in the world.

We extend special gratitude to our dealers and partners. Together, we have experienced successes and setbacks, which have only strengthened our friendship and collaboration. We work only with the best, and GALIT’s success would not have been possible without you.

The GALIT team is one big family of experts dedicated to achieving results. Qualified managers, designers, engineers, accountants, logisticians, mechanics, turners, and other professionals work on your orders. Many professionals also work behind the scenes of production.

We thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to work and express gratitude to the volunteer doctors with whom we have implemented 16 mobile dentistry projects.
