Ukraine has its own research station in Antarctica — Akademik Vernadsky, located on Galindez Island in the Argentine Islands archipelago — a symbol of the country’s high scientific standing on the global stage. Antarctica has a special international legal status: under the Antarctic Treaty, all countries have equal rights to conduct scientific research, but none owns the territory.

The year 2025 became a period of active international growth and professional recognition for GALIT in the field of dentistry. Throughout the year, the company participated in numerous key exhibitions and events that brought together leading manufacturers, distributors, and dental professionals from around the world.

On August 28–29, GALIT conducted training and presented new products for official representatives. Main topics of the training: - Overview and testing of GALIT autonomous equipment — innovative dental solutions that operate without utility connections. - Presentation of new products from partners: D-tec, Labomed, Yoshida, Fussen, Melag, Mectron, Tecnodent. - Discussion of current trends in the dental market and the challenges faced in daily practice. - Knowledge exchange and sharing of professional experience.

We’re proud to share that our trusted Lithuanian dealer, Gristoma, recently presented GALIT dental equipment at the International Congress of the Lithuanian Chamber of Dentists – Odontology Compass 2025, held from May 30th to June 1st. This prestigious event brought together a diverse group of dental professionals from across the region, creating an inspiring atmosphere for sharing knowledge, attending expert-led lectures, and discovering the latest technological advancements in dentistry.

This year, GALIT celebrates its 25th anniversary. But for us, this is more than just a milestone. Recently, the GALIT team attended the ADF 2024 exhibition in Paris! This event was another great opportunity for us to showcase innovative Ukrainian dental solutions on the global stage. In Paris, the GALIT team introduced cutting-edge solutions that adapt dental equipment to the specific needs of each practitioner, along with mobile units that expand the possibilities of modern dentistry.

MELAG Innovation Days 2024, organized for MELAG's international retail partners, lasted two days, May 30 and June 1, in Berlin, Germany. The event gathered more than 75 participants from 20 European countries. It was also attended by representatives of the GALIT team: Head of Marketing Maria Domska and Sales Manager Iryna Petryshyn.

In collaboration with the Myron Uhryn Charitable Foundation, GALIT has equipped a dental office at the Superhumans Center. The Superhumans Center is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation centre specialising in prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation, and psychological support for adults and children affected by the war. Thousands of Ukrainians have suffered severe injuries during the war conflict, whether on the battlefield or in city streets. According to the President of the National Union of Dentists of Ukraine and founder of the Myron Uhryn Charitable Foundation, the centre lacked a dental office to assist those with maxillofacial injuries. A new dental office has now been equipped with modern GALIT equipment.
